  • Bonds permanently when ironed
  • Make your own fusible bias tape
  • Perfect for no-sew projects
  • Perfect for seam and hem tape
  • Pack of 2

Fusible tape is perfect for seams and hems, trims, crafts, and zippers. Steam-a-seam 2 double stick has the pressure sensitive on both sides which allows for a temporary hold to both materials. You can hold your project vertically and the appliqué pieces stay in place and are still repositionable until fused with an iron. Before fusing, tack your project to a wall or try on a garment to check appliqué placement. You're able to reposition pieces while you're wearing them. Once fused the bond is strongly secured. Made by the warm Company, newly designed and packaged.

Saved me so much sewing! Needed to sew a whole bunch of voile and was terrified to deal with the fabric. This was the ultimate solution, very strong hold, made quick work of a complex project!

Product is as described and works well. Use this to turn up hems in handwovens and it holds well and does not allow for raveling.

I like to use this to secure my quilt binding before sewing. It works best to iron on, and then let it set for about 30 minutes, the paper backing releases much easier after "cooling".

This is the 2nd time I've purchased this item. I really like it. For some reason, though, one of these latest rolls has a split down the middle. Which gives me 1/8" strips instead of 1/4". There are some times when that actually is better, so I'm still giving this 5 stars, but if that weren't the case, I'd have to drop one.

This stuff is really awesome. I made heavy canvas drapes using just this and a steam iron. I haven't laundered yet, but they seam to withstand purposely trying to pry apart hems. The downside is that due to its thin width, it just doesn't stay in a roll. In fact, it's a bit fiddly and wants to discharge from the inside because the paper roll piece falls out. But once you get a grip, literally, it's very easy to use because you can finger press it on one side, then remove the paper just before pressing.

I like the concept of this product, but am having a hard time making it work. I can get it to stick when I iron it, but it just doesn't always want to stay where it's supposed to. I use it for pillow backs and mug rugs and I think I wish that it were a little sturdier in the sticking department.
