These are exceptionally nice wooden back- lighting modules which add subtle light to your collectible or houseplant displays. Unfortunately they are fitted with only an on/off cord switch with no dimming capability. These are small units but the LED strip emits quite a lot of light which might be good for some uses but not for all. You CAN attach an LED dimmer switch though, which gives you many other options. I happened to have one and it works perfectly with these strip lights, creating a more versatile back light that can be dimmed from 10-100%. These are an excellent value, moderately priced and very attractive. I would purchase again.

Used these to hold acyrlic signs that I had made for my grandchildren, they loved the multi colored lights! Nice quality!
