These yard waste bags are solid. Big enough to handle a lot of debris and they’re built tough. The dustpan style makes them easy to fill, and saves the back from bending over. The gardening gloves are a nice bonus but nothing special. Great for lawn cleanups and reusable. They are holding up quite nicely so far.

At 72 gallons, these bags are huge. I currently rake my leaves on a tarp and drag the tarp to the leaf pile. With this large bag I can fill it and easily carry it to my leaf pile. It comes with a curved piece of fiberglass that you need to slide through a grommet, around the top of the bag. It goes about 2/3 of the way around the top which makes a curved opening for 2/3 of the bag and flat for the remaining 1/3. This lets you lay the bag on the ground and rake the leaves in it like a dustpan. It works reasonably well until the bag is close to full. You then need to stand it up to fill the rest of the way. There were no directions with the bags on installing the fiberglass rods, but it was intuitive, just stick it in one of the grommets and slide it around until it is contained in the pocket. The handles are well placed, making it easy to pick up and carry to your leaf pile, recycle bin, curb, or wherever you need. There is a strap that is easy to grab and can be used to carry the bag over your shoulder. It is made of a sturdy fiberglass weave like the blue tarps you often see but much thicker. It should last many seasons if you don’t drag it over rough surfaces. These will make my leaf clean up this fall MUCH easier. I highly recommend these bags. The gloves that come with it are medium or large. I have large hands and they do not fit.
