The visor is useful after you learn how to use it. In the beginning I thought it was clunky and thought just a waste but I had it on backwards (no directions) but now I have figured it out and it works well but does slip occasionally

Just got these and there's no instruction on use. Would seem easy but clip them on one way and there's a gap between the car visor and the shield. Clip them on another way and they scrape against the roof of the car. But, before actually using them in the sun, my feedback is about taking off the protective plastic covering front and back on each shield. Holy moly!! Just getting it started is hard enough, but then the plastic goes under the attachment for the clip and it won't pull out. My first shield ended up with tiny bits and pieces of plastic sticking out on each side too small to grab. So, I got an exacto knive and carefully cut along the attachment and removed the plastic. The second shield I got wiser and precut the flim along the attachment before removing the protective plastic. Easier, but someone should tell you this tip ahead of time...there, I just did!

Used to reduce glare from sun on the horizon without completely blocking vision.
