Just received the phone holder. So far I have no complaint other than my package was missing in me of the holders that attach the phone to the chain. I think I received someone’s return.

I actually purchased this because the original strap that came with the phone was worn out; completely torn to shreds however everything else on the case was in perfect condition. The original strap was handy but I always imagined being able to carry it without having to worry about losing my phone. This new strap instantly turned my phone case into a crossbody phone case.... I'M HANDS FREE AND I LOVE IT!!!

My height is 5’4”, and the length of 55 inches is too long for me. I have to return the item. The quality of the item is good.

I already have a fold 4. And it's heavy with a case. This wasn't convenient. This is great for a special occasion use and you need something for a few hours. I couldn't stand the weight so I returned.

My only dislike is the sticky tab that goes on the phone or inside the case is small. It’s not really wide enough for the iPhone 16. I was afraid that just wasn’t sturdy enough so I added tape.

These phone holder chains were nice, but I had to return due to them not being a comfortable fit for women with fuller figures.
