We just opened a family Medical Center with my sister, and these came in handy. The hole size is the appropriate size when we do eye exams.

We use this to test visual acuity for kids during well child checks. They are good quality and work well for the intended purpose. We did have to put a piece of tape on the end with the pinpoint holes because we don't need to check for refractive errors during screenings and the nurse could not tell from 20 feet away if a young patient was using the wrong end to cover the eye. Easily solved with a piece of white vinyl tape, though. And very nice to have an extra one on hand - this gets misplaced at times. These have not faded when cleaned with a common brand of medical office disinfecting wipes.
