I have only used one of the two modules thus far. It works fantastic for my application. I use the NMEA stream to extract: Date, Time, Speed, and location. In software I had to format the time/date, convert speed from Knots to MPH, and reformat the latitude and longitude into a Google Maps accepted format. My setup was using ESP32 MCU, 3.3VDC power, 9600 BAUD UART serial communication. The GPS takes ~45secs to obtain satellites at my location (South-East USA) from a cold start. Resets after this take Very happy with this low-cost GPS module!

I couldn't save the settings in EEPROM, so I had to write a few lines to initialize the GPS at every startup. I was using UBX with modules set to defaults, and some NMEA enabled. I used u-center with the steps: UBX -> CFG (Config) -> CFG (Configuration), then selected "2-I2C EEPROM" under the Devices option and clicked the "Send" button to save the configuration as per user manual.... I might have done something wrong...

Used this to make a highly accurate time server for my home. Surprisingly one of these performed really well and the other just never seemed to get to the point that it knew the sensor was stationary.
