Recently had a knee replacement. used this for ankle, knee weight distribution and balance. this is a great gadget. It was fun to use. Grand kids love it too.

I have been using this in physical therapy for my hip replacement. So I got these to use at home as well. Extremely important to have balance as you age.

Nice quality and durable. Easy to inflate with the little pump provided easy and a fun way to get some exercise and strengthen your feet and ankles and balance overall. Highly recommend I just wanna buy some more now so that I can lay it out in an exercise pattern for a more challenging balance routine. I got the blue color

I bought these to help with my planter fasciitis. My pilates studio has a set which I use while there. They’re great for relieving pain in the arch of my foot.Unfortunately, these were waaaaay too big to be effective. They’re about double the size of those in the product images. They flatten out with pressure, and therefore do little to provide pain relief.Very disappointed with these. Would return but am just past the 30 day return window that these apparently come with. The inflation pump they came with didn’t work, so it took me some time before I was able to borrow a friend’s bike pump to inflate them. The threads on the needle for the pump were off so the needle could not be screwed into the pump properly.

The pins that come with the items don’t even fit in to keep them blown up and it appears bigger in the picture

I love these things. They , at first, caused lots of small bone adjustments while standing on them. Then my foot pain literally disappeared! I still use them a couple of times weekly, doing toes on floor, hells on the ball and vice versa, plus standing centetered on them. Great fo re my achlles, plan tr ar fascia, and ball of foot.I also lie on them for back fascia release, moving them, one on each side of the spine from just below scapulae to low back, lying for a minute or two. at each level. Very relaxing!
