The dual mini balls are excellent aids to my knee rehab. They're easy to blow up, and the air pump works fine. It's a bargain to get a dual pack. Both mini balls are fine and hold their air.

These are not as robust as the exercise balls made by Theraband (and others) but they are probably good enough for most personal uses. Two balls plus pump for $10 is not bad. Nothing wrong with the pump, either. Just put the ball in your lap and use a little downward pressure to keep the nozzle in place. When it's fully inflated, position the tip of the plug right next the nozzle, and then in one smooth motion, pull out the nozzle with one hand while sliding the plug in with the other. Only a small amount of air will be lost.

It’s like getting two for less than the price of one! I’d recommend these for Pilates or yoga.

I love these! I bought them to replace an existing core ball I have. They are nice material. They don't slip out. They are firm and keep their shape. I use them for ab exercises and legs. I put a lot of pressure on these.I didn't buy them because they came with an air pump that is a bonus, but I could blow them up myself faster.Totally worth the cost.

This pertains to those who have injured their wrist and are doing physical therapy. The good: The right size and texture. Your hand won't slide around as you're working your wrist. Ball exhibits a fair amount of expansion so you can right size it for your hand and your workout. The bad: Fairly hard to blow up. These use a push in stopper to seal. You can hold the ball to your mouth and blow it up; however, getting the plug into place without losing most of your air should be a game show event. You have to be really fast to get your tongue out of the way and the plug in the hole. One may point out "But they ship it with an inflator and needle". Yep, they do. And that's all that has to do with anything. This does not have a valve like a soccer ball that you can inflate with a needle. The inflator and needle are just a bonus. You're going to use your lips and fingers to get the job done here.
