Wooden handles are removable. Nice to be able to rotate veggies and few fruit options on the grill like a rotisserie chicken but manually. The fruit and veggies stay inside the 304 stainless steel cylinders so little worries about small pieces falling through the grill plate/grate. Or use these to add your apple wood chips or other flavored wood chips for a more elevated level of grilling. Works wonderful on our Weber propane grill.

It's not perfect and it feels a little cheap but it does the job. Give it a good wash before using it and it works. Makes BBQing vegetables so much easier. This I like a lot. Wish it was just better made but it's not bad for sure.
