Brittle plastic. I got two in the package, one already had a chip out of it. Then a few days later I dropped the other one on the floor and the end broke and a piece came off.

This is a two pack of trough style bird feeders that have wire that goes across to keep the birds from standing in the troughs.I got them for ducks and geese. So far they work very well. It keeps them from standing in their food. It's wide enough for them to get their head through. They are built rather well and have managed to hold up to 4 geese that constantly seem to bully the feeder. It holds plenty of food and it was a good price for the two of them. They were easy to put together

I got these Hamiledyi 2 Pack Pigeon Feeders for my pigeon coop. I thought the metal bars would stop the pigeons from scratching and spreading food on the ground or out of the coop.Unfortunately, the pigeons like to stand on the metal bars and defecate into the food. I ended up removing the bars and placing the feeder into a large flat dog bowl. That worked great! I placed the food into this feeder and not in the dog bowl. The pigeons can't stand on the feeder, and when they eat, the food that moves about falls into the dog bowl and gets eaten at some point. This reduced my food waste by a lot.So it worked out, but not how the feeder was designed.

These are exactly as described and came on time as promised. We had an issue with our past bird feeders in that (due to being a different type) the birds pooped all over our cars and concrete walk & driveway. With these, I just fill them with bird seed and set them on my front lawn to feed the wild birds. The birds can perch on the wires while they eat and these holders allow a bunch of birds to all eat at the same time. The bird poop is picked up by our lawnmower. These are great!
