3.3V PWM Signal to 0-10V Voltage Converter D/A Digital-Analog PLC Module

After power-on, when there is no input signal, the output is 0V
For the first power-up, a calibration can be done: Input a signal with 50% duty cycle and 3.3V amplitude to DIN- and DIN+. The frequency is 1-3KHZ. Use a multimeter to measure two ports of AO and GND. Adjust the potentiometer on the board to make the multimeter display 5.40V. This calibrate the corresponding relation between pulse signal and this module. The resolution of this module is 0.1V. The output current capability is 10MA. If the percentage of the duty cycle is inversely related to the voltage, you can check the check box of STEP LOW, ACTIVE to set the pins of PWM output in the MACH3 software.

1. DIN+: Positive of PWM signal (For common cathode, connect it to PWM signal; For common anode, connect it to 3.3V of signal terminal)

4. GND: Ground of power supply
5. GND: Ground of power supply. It is connected to ground of power supply
6. AO: Output port of analog voltage (0-10V)

They work as intended. They are currently controlling 2 meanwell dimmable drivers. Not really true 0v-10v. But they work as intended.
