Just replaced the rear shade handle in my 14’ Q7. Going to need a lot of patience, and maybe a second hand to hold the shade half open while you unscrew it and install the new unit.Prior to installing the new unit, sink the screws into the posts. They are blank, and you don’t get enough room to try and grind them in from up top with the 1.5 inches of space.Best option would be getting one of the harbor freight ratchets that accept just a torx bit and are thin enough to R&R this quickly. (Going out now to have it for later) or a small box ratchet.
