I recently upgraded to a 2011 Ford Explorer and it was missing the driver side windshield trim. I followed video tutorials and the owner's manual and the top quarter of the trim didn't snap into place on either side. I was only able to get each side completely in place when I had my windshield chip filled at an auto shop and they put the trim on for me.
