The 2PCS Silicone Butter Mold Tray works great for making butter, soap, and energy bars. The non-stick surface makes it easy to release everything, and the trays fit the standard butter size perfectly. However, I just wish the top would seal a little better, as it doesn’t actually create an airtight seal. That said, it’s still a very useful and versatile mold for various kitchen and DIY projects. Would recommend if you don’t mind a little air exposure!

These are perfect for making your own butter alternatives (vegan, dairy-free, etc.)... It's true that the lid doesn't seal in an air-tight fashion, but in my opinion, the lid's main function is just to keep crap from accidentally falling into your butter while it's setting up in the freezer or fridge. And then once your butter is firm enough to remove from the mold, you put it in some other kind of storage. I'm totally happy with these so far! They're really best washed by hand -- when I put silicone molds in the dishwasher, they get a coating of the dishwasher soap on them and makes whatever you put in them taste soapy... Not worth the convenience. I do recommend these!

Ideal for making compound butter sticks such as garlic butter, lemon basil butter and so forth. I like the fact that they are made of silicone which makes the butter easy to remove after hardened. In my case I use them for bees wax to make butter stick sized bees wax for different projects I have. there again the silicone makes the bees wax easy to remove after hardened. They appear to be made of quality silicone as they are not too thin to do the job they were supposed to do and not so thick that it makes things difficult to work with. In opinion these butter molds are a very good product and well worth the money. I rate these butter molds a 5 STAR RATING

good quality. I wish it would have ridges on the inside to mark the tablespoon cuts on butter sticks. Lids are flexible and not breakable looking

I have something similar to these, and I love it. I love how easy it is to remove things from them. I like the size and how deep they are. They are very easy to use and the way you can fill and take out food is great. I only wish there were markings for tablespoon to mark for the butter. Other than that, great. Also, love that they have a lid and are stackable.

The mold is very sturdy and the perfect shape for making your own sticks of butter. The lid fits but I would prefer it to fit a little more snugly and securely.

I purchased these on a whim as butter is getting so expensive, and so is the heavy whipping cream, but hey, at least I know what is going into the butter. It takes me 1 qt of heavy whipping cream to beat with the mixer and fill out all four sections of the mold.I make sure the mold is cold before scooping and smoothing into the mold. You will have buttermilk leftover for baking projects. These molds are great, they release well. Great for making compound butters and giving as gifts. The only con is the lid basically sets on top- does not seal. This is still okay, because you are not serving from the mold.Recommended!

The quality of the silicone itself is great; it is flexible, durable, and well-made. However, the product description is misleading in a few key ways. First, the molds are slightly longer than a standard butter stick, meaning the portions might not be exact for recipes requiring precise measurements. If there were measurement markings, this wouldn’t be an issue. Second, the "non-stick" claim is a bit of a stretch; it’s just standard silicone, which is fine, but it doesn’t have any special non-stick coating. The biggest problem, though, is the lid. The description claims "secure lids for freshness," but the lids just sit on top without any actual seal. This makes them impractical for freezer storage, transporting liquids, or use as a Sous Vide mold. If you’re looking for airtight storage, this isn’t the right product.Overall, a good idea with decent materials, but the lack of a secure lid and slight size mismatch limit its usefulness. If you’re only using it for compound butters or non-liquid items, it’s fine; for anything requiring precision or airtight storage, I’d keep looking.
