Nothing fancy here, but it doesn't need to be. It just works. These mesh sacks will fit a basketball, soccer ball, or anything smaller, with a very small zip sack on the side for keys or other small items. The lanyard with carabiner lets you clip this on to a backpack or duffel bag, but it will flop around a bit since there is nothing to lock it down.There's solid fabric on the bottom, maybe to help keep the contents clean? Not sure. If the contents are wet though, the fabric will slow down the drying process, since liquid will have to pass through the solid fabric, rather than just through the open pore mesh.You can use the mesh sacks for just about anything, it doesn't have to be a basketball or soccer ball, so these are quite versatile.

I'm not using these for balls, but they'd totally work. I go to the beach a lot and wanted an airy catch-all for things I might not want to toss in my bag until it's dry (read: wet socks, dog towels, other stuff that gets wet at the beach). For that, it's PERFECT. It's small and light and the clip is great - I can let the wet socks/dog towel/dog toys/whatever dry out while I walk home and not jeopardize everything else in my backpack getting wet OR the wet stuff getting that gross mildew smell (which is the WORST for things you can't wash, like some dog toys). The netting is nice and small, so golf balls, tennis balls, and other sports items would fit in here too. I love the little pouch inside; I don't need it, but it would probably hold score keepers, inflating needles, and other small accessories well!
