Used these on a WPL lcg with extended wheelbase and stock shafts were not long enough anymore. Finding driveshafts to fit 3mm pinions on both ends is difficult. I thought the “inner shaft” needed to be more smooth so I sanded them a bit by hand and also assembled with some silicone grease so they would slide better, that’s just me. My main concern is that the grub screws are very small, I’m almost afraid to put thread locker on them. The included tool does fit deeply into them so maybe this won’t be an issue but they could definitely be improved with a slightly larger diameter screw. In a couple places where clearance wasn’t a concern I used regular screws. It’s a low speed vehicle and if this makes them out of balance it’s not a concern. I made sure they were phased correctly and they seem to be working fine on the bench. Would purchase again.

Overall, I would have searched a little harder for a better option. They do function as intended, however the sleeves to adjust the diameter don't make the hole much tighter around the axle pin. There is still a lot of slop in the spinning of the shaft. Works in a pinch, would not use long term.
