I've been looking for a scooper like this everywhere. It doubles up as a shaper or mold, so you can make a rice ball (really neat), and you can use it for other things too. I absolutely adore these scoopers because they make it much simpler to take rice out of a hot pot (rather than a spoon), and I like to also shape my rice into rounder shapes for Asian cuisine. Very nice! And you get two of them when you order.
