I installed the 2 covers on my Epiphone LP, the holes do not quite match on the neck side, also the chrome is rather cheap looking...I will probably remove them but as I took that opportunity to install new string, i will have to wait to until my strings are worn outon the + side, they don't seem to interfere with sound... but I could not solder them to the humbuckers as the soldering wouldn't hold to the cover "metal"
