This is a 1/2” NPT to 1/2” NPT bulkhead fitting. One of the 1/2” NPT ends is threaded 1/4” FNPT, while the other end has a plain bore, no threads. The bulkhead body can accommodate a panel thickness of 3/4”. The photos and descriptions are incorrect. How it is described so sloppily is beyond me, but that seems to be par for the course.
