Bought for some BTF IP68 (if i remember correctly) lights. They're the fully waterproof LEDS, I've tested them out and they work really well. Looks like the seals will hold of nicely, but I haven't time tested them. I suggest them at this price point

Overall, this is a solid kit and exactly as described. The quality is pretty good for the price point. They come in a plain plastic bag and didn’t include instructions, which might be confusing if it’s your first time using this type of kit.

These are the high quality set of plugs. The plastic is good, the fit is very tight. They give you screws for mounting and there's a cap to keep the weather when not in use. I incorporated these onto my tractor so that I could have a plug-in for my sprayer in the orchard, works great for me in that application. I recommend these product

I create different 3D printed movies scenes, that are usually wired up with lights and effects. Since I tie them all into the same power source, while on display, sometimes I need to move one or remove it for a fix or upgrade. These plugs make it super easy to unplug each object and then reattach it when I'm done. Before I would be cutting wires and re-soldering which is not ideal every time I need to work on something. These create a reliable connection and hold together stronger than I would ever need. Great value for the problem it solves!

I go through a lot of connectors. My Jeep is my toy platform, and I have everything from LED pods to a big audio system with a lithium bank. It's full of gadgets. I love using plugs because it lets me quickly disconnect things to move them, remove them, etc. I'm always looking for new connectors, so when I saw these I had to try them.They arrived in a plain box and contain the two plugs, two sockets, and hardware.These are nice little connectors! I wanted a surface mount version just so I could mount these in various places on my Jeep. I want to run a temperature sensor to my subwoofer, and the wire will need to pass through the box, so I'm considering this (if I can reinforce it well enough).Overall I'm pleased with these connectors. They have surface mount sockets, supposed to be waterproof, and they should be able to take a decent amount of current.I recommend!

Note: I have not physically installed these yet, so cannot comment on real world performance. However, from removing it from the package, the wiring seems solid enough and the design, once connected, should minimize water intrusion. The leads are of decent length, which should make for a pretty easy install. My major gripe is that the male plug does not have a water proof cover for when it is disconnected. The female end does. My use case is as a trailer camera connector, so the plan is to have the female end on my truck's bumper near the hitch, and the male end as a lead from the trailer. Once connected it should be fine, but I don't want the male end exposed when disconnected.

Quality PLASTIC is used for the connectors and waterproof cap.If you add a good SHEATHING to wrap the wires, then this will be a top quality wiring job.-- ConnectionsThe Connections when connected are solid and will not vibrate loose if installed correctly.The plastic connectors are the "more quality" type of plastic which is better than I expected for the price.-- Waterproof CAPS --I do plan on having lights DETATCHABLE during non-use times of year, so the WATERPROOF caps are of interest.The plastic caps are the "more quality" type of plastic which is better than I expected for the price.

I can't see any real use for them except as terminators for any device. It's really disappointing because I really need longer cables for these connections. They're pretty niche as due to their setup, all they do is force me to cut a longer cable and find a way to connect them to something else in a way that's watertight. It's just taking a problem I'm already trying to solve and moving it 8 inches down the line.
