Just what I needed was a way to dispense water from 30 and 55 gallon barrels without depending on electric power or batteries. Last time our water system was down and I needed to haul water it was a hassle with hose bibs, hoses, and electric pumps. Gravity is my friend. Two or three pumps and the water flows.

These pumps work well for job at hand and I expect them to work well as needed in the event they are needed in disaster or periodic need to empty the barrels.They pump quickly and are easy to pump...little effort is required.The only drawback is that the "drain tube" is not very durable, especially in the outdoors. The company website has a replacement tube, but I can't figure out how to replace the broken one.

I bought the two pack of the Tera pump 2 nd generation. The town over from me has gas that is on average 30 cents cheaper per gallon and I have to go there often for appointments, so it makes sense for me to fill my 5 gallon gas cans when I go. I am a small woman and cannot lift the 5 gallon gas cans to pour into my gas tank and hate having to ask hubby to do it. This is the first product I have seen that has a manual pump to move fluid upwards. Now, when I need to fill my tank I between trips to the cheaper gas station, I can leave the gas can on the ground and use this pump to fill my tank.I was able to pump two 5 gallon cans into my car in just over 5 minutes, and that's because Tam slow. I am sure this tool is capable of going faster. Super easy to use. Pumps gas from ground up into gas tank easily even for small woman with MS

Not sure if this is the correct pump for my drum as it doesn't fit correctly. Which is probably why it doesn't hold suction. This may be user error.

Fast shipping. Works as described. Easy to store. Suction portion seems heavy duty, pump and outlet a little less so, but as I hope to not use it too often should be fine.
