Been running it on my golf cart for about 10 months after I did a LIFEPO4 conversion. If the batteries get down long enough for the charger to run longer more than a couple of hours, one of the banks overheats and shuts down. I have it mounted vertically with an airgap behind the wood mounting surface, but it still overheats. I have to unplug it, let it cool down, then plug it back in. The only way I can get it to not overheat is to put a fan blowing on the charger, even when the outside temperature is 60 degrees. I am going to try replacing the wood mount for aluminum. Maybe a heatsink will help. I have NOCO chargers on my boats. No overheating problems. If this knockoff ever gives up the ghost, I will be buying another NOCO.

This charger is very compact and neat. The wires are of sufficient size and length also. The alligator clips are a bonus. I have washed down my engine compartment many times and this charger gets sprayed every time. It is indeed sealed from water intrusion. I have not had a single issue with it. I would definitely recommend this charger and I would happily purchase again if I had a need.

It’s super convenient for me I have 3 battery’s in my boat the charger itself is easy to swap between modes and when it’s plugged into a battery and charging you can’t swap the mode so you don’t have to worry about accidentally messing it up and so far I’ve accidentally left it in the rain 3 times and it’s still going so all in all if buy again without hesitation

This charger worked but would occasionally show a fault as if one of the batteries was bad. (All new batteries at the time of installation) After testing the battery that was in question I would try to charge it again and then it would charge fine. Approximately 6 months and now one of the bank's charge indicator stays illuminated when the charger is not plugged in, actually draining the battery.

I’m using this product to charge my three 100ah lithium trolling motor batteries. I also used it on an old AGM car battery I thought to be unusable. The FirstPower Pro 10 X3, 3-bank charger Correctly identified it being a bad/faulty battery, then it commence to go to repair mode, repaired the issue and fully charged the battery by the next morning (saving me $80 to purchase a new one). I’m a very happy customer with my first power pro charger product. It was easy to order, arrived a day early, outer casing is premium material, the packaging was first rate, and most of all it’s easy to install and works just as advertised. Great product, I would recommend it to anyone.

This charger works well and has good features but was missing any hardwire eyelets expected for a charger of this type and the instructions could have been better. I read all the directions before hooking things up. The enclosed directions lacked specificity and conflicted wiith the online description. The online write-up says it is waterproof and can be stored on the boat. The directions in the box said you had to use it in a dry place and not use it in a wet area, which makes no sense for a marine batter. It is a waterproof unit so it can be hardwired in to be left on the boat.In particular, related to a three bank charger for two or three twelve volt batteries in sequence, one must hook the negative to the negative and the positive to the positive on each battery. I should not have had to YouTube instructions to find that out.It comes with clamps to make it portable, but if you want to hardwire it in, it doesn't have connection eyelets. We will be looking for the hardware to hardwire it. In the meantime, I used the clamps that were included.Features I like inclue that each bank can be set for a different type of batteries. This fishing boat has (2 lead-soaked batteries for the trolling motor and a Lithium battery for the start motor. I like that we can charge different batteries at the same time. Being able to hardwire it in and just plug it in the night before a fishing trip is convenient. It's also extremely helpful that it told me which of my three batteries needs to be replaced. It will try to repair a battery that needs repairing, but if it can't repair it, it will tell you which is defective. This sure beats having to plug in the trolling motor batteries and then later plug in the starter battery to the charger!
