The light gets pretty hot pretty quickly. I could handle it with bare hands but is was quite hot.The beam angle is about 180 degrees. With the light pointed a few degrees from vertical toward the wall, it cast light onto the ceiling. So if you want something that is directional this will not work. It is little different from a can flood light.Nuvo light is much more directional.

These are more like spot light strips. They throw alot of light. Exactly what I was looking for.

This has a limited angle adjustment, but wasn't problem for my application. The whole housing is made of plastic and fits a bit tight in the track. I was concerned that it may break when installing but so far, so good.

Edit, company reached out to me and made things right. 5 stars for customer service.These would not fit my H track without filing down one of the connectors. Not sure it that was the light or my track, but all other lights work just fine. But once filed they work great in our limited headroom space, and give great light. 4 stars if not for that. 5 if they felt a little sturdier.

One of the lights was broken when it arrived. The other light I put up to test, and it didn't do much to help the light level of the room. Returned.

This little fixture is the perfect way to add some nice, flat lumens to your track. So easy to snap right in and select from three color temperatures. Discrete. Simple. Works like a champ. Love how it just puts more lumens in the room!
