About this item

  • High quality: Made of 304 stainless steel, the loose tea infuser ensures that there is no metallic taste on your tea or coffee, and it is not easy to rust after repeated use.
  • More environmentally friendly and easy to clean: It's easier to clean. Compared to disposable tea bags and paper filters, tea infectors save money and are environmentally friendly.
  • Better sealing: Unlike traditional tea balls or twist lid infuser, it is easy to open and close, and the seal is tighter to prevent any tea leaves from leaking during brewing.
  • Long chain hooks: A long chain and S-shaped hook that firmly snags the edges of teapos, cups, cups, bottles, and other containers, ensuring that the oversized tea ball infuser stays in place and doesn't fall into the container.
  • Excellent gift: The tea infuser for loose tea is a must-have for tea lovers. At the same time, they are the perfect gift for all kinds of holiday and leisure occasions. The tea infuser is not a tea bag, but provides enough room for loose tea leaves to spread into every nook and cranny of the cup and be fully infused, and to give off fragrance as the tea leaves are spread out.

Open the sphere. Into the tea, the fragrance of tea spreads to the direction of simple, clean and practical. Put the tea into the ball, after brewing into the cup, put the tea capacity into the cup for you to drink leisurely.
Fill the balls with fresh herbs, spices or loose leaf tea to add flavor to soups, stews, broths, gravies, lots of tea, spiced cider and more.
Put in a soup, when all the spices are packed in a stainless steel ball, and make a soup just as delicious. When the soup is left inside, leaving a residual taste, you can also cook soup and stew chicken.
The infuser comes with a chain and hook that allows the ball to be hung effortlessly from a teapot or a long, narrow handle for easy removal after the herbs are fully steeped. Make large batches of your favorite drinks and flavorful dishes.

Really useful for adding herbs and spices to soak in things to add flavor.

I like using looseleaf tea to brew a cup, and these ball infusers aren't always easy to find. So this ball infuser is big - more for brewing a pot of tea rather than just a cup. But the stainless steel infuser opens and closes securely and has a chain with loop to keep it from sinking. It is durable and easy to clean - just open the top, flip upside down, flush with warm, soapy water, and drip dry.

This 3 inch stainless steel spice infuser works really well. Infuses my tea beautifully. Good price. I recommend.

Much bigger than I thought but it works. It won't fit in a cup but it will fit in a pot or pitcher.

Awesome for cooking soups with spices and herbs you don’t want to have to eat around later!

This thing is huge. You don't realize how big this is until you actually see it. It's the size of baseball/apple. It looks like it is actually 3.5 x 3 inches. Definitely want to use this for a big pot. I wouldn't use this for anything less than 3 quarts and it wouldn't be great for low profile dutch oven/braisers. Definitely have to account for its size if using it to hold spices in a soup, especially if you have a lot of solids in a soup. The mesh is fine. Can definitely hold small spices in it and easily allows water/broth to flow through it. I really like the slide/lock mechanism which makes assembly/disassembly nice and easy. The chain is short, but the loop hole at the end is more than big enough if you want attach butcher's twine or more chain to extend it. Of course you could just use tongs to fish it out as well. While I do like this a lot and definitely will get some use out of it. I think I'm also going to go look for a smaller version (maybe 2x2 inches i guess), because I think I would tend to use a smaller one more often.

This is not the type of infuser you're used to seeing for tea! This one is large and more useful for holding your soup spices or spices for mulled wine. Cinnamon sticks and orange slices will fit perfectly in this, and I love that when you're finished cooking, you can simply lift this out. I will definitely be purchasing more of these as gifts for my foodie friends -- this is a unique item!!

We often make a lot of soups that use a lot of spices. This makes it easy for us to infuse our soups with the spices, and then remove them afterwards. This infuser is a conveniently larger size so it has a nice capacity. The chain is adequate although not the longest. This doesn’t matter to us so much because we often just don’t use the chain anyway. What we like most is that this infuser is easy to separate the two halves. Some stick pretty badly and are hard to remove the halves. This one still holds the spice blend tightly in place. When done we just put this in the dishwasher for easy cleanup being that it is stainless steel.
