I bought this for a macrame project. I was almost done. Not sure what happened, but my kids were around my set up (not playing on it) and the fused ends separated! I was devastated. I worked really hard on this and now I don't know what to do to fix it. I tried soldering, since I had some on hand, but I think it needs to be welded. I understand that the ring can be replaced, but the time and effort cannot. I did make a different tree previous to this and that ring is fine, but when it's a pack of 3, that means is was a 33% failure rate.

I was worried some of them would be deformed when they arrived. Or chipped. BUT I was wrong! They were in PERFECT condition, the metal was not chipped at all, the rings were perfectly round and also perfectly flat. I put them in wooden holders to stand up for our wedding centerpieces. They were perfect! Definitely recommend!
