I discovered Bona Hardwood Refresher several years ago. However, I discovered it is almost impossible to find in stores in my area, so I am pleased to find it on Amazon. When used in conjunction with Bona Hardwood Cleaner, it does exactly what its name implies -- it Refreshes the floors.I have used it several times over the past few years when our floors started to look a little worn and worse for wear. The cleaner removes the accumulated dust and grime, and the refresher returns the shine to an almost-new level. However, the process does require a bit of "elbow grease."I choose to move as much furniture as possible from successive areas of the floor, clean the area thoroughly, then apply the Refresher in two coats, allowing plenty of time to dry each time before moving furniture back into the area. It takes time and effort, but the results are completely worth it.

Okay I’m always skeptical of things that can renew your floors because I bought into another brand that actually yellowed and ruined my floors. But I use bona for cleaning and so I tried it. I swept, the cleaned and dried the floor then applied the first coat with the orange applicator. It did a great job evening out everything and the first cost, which was thin, dried on about one hour. I applied a second coat before bed so that nobody would be walking on it for hours. The floor looks great. Why I did this was because I have a new puppy that has had many accidents on the floor, we’ve been cleaning them with sanitizer and some of the pee removed the poly and you could see the spots with and without poly all over the floor. Now it is all even again and the pee just beads on top again. So thank you for this product, my solid maple floors look good again. For those that care the shine is about a satin, maybe a tad more with two coats, but certainly not glossy and that makes me very happy because glossy would show all the scratches and it doesn’t.

Just refinished the hard wood floors in my lodge I did 15,000 square feet it saved me thousands of dollars and worked excellent, this is the second time I have used this I previously did it 5 years ago and probably waited to long to do it this time but I would say you get and easy 3 years out of it with heavy use probably more for lighter residential use. Bona makes the best stuff I would highly recommend

This really worked well for our floors... it streaks a little bit but can be removed if you swipe back over. You just can't see your streaks until after it drys. But, great product and really gives our floor a new renewed look. The more layers you give it... the more shine you give the floor.

I thought this would fill in scratches a little more, but the floor does look nice and shiny after application

I was so excited for this product but the end result is a disaster, far worse than what I started with. I have prefinished strand bamboo hardwood floors installed 4 years ago and the finish is dull and they have lots of scratches. Put this product on and it looked great.... for literally a couple of hours. I followed the instructions and stayed off of the floors for several hours and after that walked on them only in socks but they are ridiculously bad. The parts where myself or my dog stepped have prints like the shiny finish wore off in those spots but is still elsewhere. So now instead of dull floors I have dull floors in spots which looks like I haven't cleaned them.To make matters worse the bottle dripped every so slightly when I set it down on my quartz kitchen countertops and now they have a ring of extra shiny markings from the product. It came out a little with scrubbing but not entirely. Same thing on a drywall pony wall, I am going to have to repaint that.Hoping the reviews that said this wears off in a few months are accurate for the floors. .

We have been using the Bona cleaner for years as recommended when we refinished 60 year old oak floors, but they have been showing significant wear with a parent using a walker in the home. Tried this for the first time and so far are very happy with the results, we are doing one room at a time as we needed to do significant cleaning to each floor before restoring. We used a steam type mop, changing pads until the pads stopped picking up dirt, dried, then the Bona cleaner before trying this product. So far we are pleased with the result!
