I’m not a jeweler, but have always needed these type tools in designing and building delicate electronic products. The grabber tools are both well made and are for two different sized objects. I use them to pick up and place small delicate parts on a circuit board. I also use them to extract and capture small screws in both circuit boards, microcircuits and repairing cell phones, tables and laptops which often have small parts that are too small to handle by hand. The tweezers have a sliding lock bar so that as you pick up the object, you don’t have to exert pressure to hold in in the tweezer, just slide the lock down until it applies the pressure needed to hold the object in place. The sliding bar is held in place by indentations on the size of the tweezer so the bar and thus the pressure on the object is likely not to loosen so that you lose control of the object. This small toolset is a perfect addition to your toolchest.

What I didn't expect but maybe should have is that the two grabbers are different sizes. One grabber is a bit bigger than the other. The tweezers are quite long. They have a slider than holder them closed when you're not using them. They seem a bit lightweight, but the points come together completely, unlike some medical tweezers that seem to meet just short of the point. Overall, these tools will do what they are supposed to do.
