Ok this would have gotten all 5 stars but one of the cups came dirty. I mean it looks as if it was a return instead of getting a brand new product. Didn’t get it used price. Other than that they are sturdy enough. Size is perfect for travel. Colors are nice. Great functionality to travel.

Use these for watercoloring while on the go. Colors are nice to differentiate warm, cool, and dark colors for rinsing, which is nice. Collapsing them takes some pressure, so I usually just keep them up and stack them. Honestly, stacking helps them sort of stick together if you're packing them up. Compressed and stacked is pretty tall and they don't nest at all. Cups are small. The tops are useful to rest a brush on.

I find the bowls very staining after you use it a couple of times for water painting. But as I said it's very handy for traveling and easy to open and makes flatter.
