Regularly check and replace belts

Belts are rubber products. As the working time increases, the transmission belts are prone to wear or aging. Therefore, the belt and its accessories should be inspected and replaced within the specified time to prevent the belt from breaking and causing damage to the vehicle transmission components. The transmission work is more precise.

6

How to Select the correct belt?

1. Determine the series type.

2. Measure the ”Outer Diameter” (O.D.) of the driven pulley on the jackshaft.

7

3. Measure the ”Center Distance” (C.D.), which is the exact distance between the center of the engine crankshaft and the center of the jackshaft, must be precise.

4. Use the two measurements, the driven pulley outer diameter and center distance measurement to determine the correct belt part number from the relevant chart below.

3 belts all broke on a mud head 208R. By Broke I mean teared into strings of rubber and wire within in minutes of use. Do not buy these.

Would not recommend buying this. First day use and the first belt is falling apart after 3 hour use on a Trailmaster MB200. Don’t waste your money

Not for torque converter driven go cart. Flat on both sides and much too big for trailmaster mid xrx. Can't even get the go cart to move that's how big they are compared to the 669 which these are supposed to replace.

Works great. No grabbing. Power comes on smooth

This belt is not the right design for a torque converter, the belts I received were V shaped. A torque converter belt is supposed to have one flat side. Also, this belt is way too long for a 30 series torque converter.
