I love these little bowls. They seem durable. Good for the price paid. They are easy to clean. The measurements are on the side they are easy to use.

These bowls are really small. The photos for the product do not represent the true size. There is nothing wrong with the bowls--they are great for small snacks of berries or nuts. Way too small for cereal or a meal, say.

These bowls are a helpful tool for anyone looking to manage portions for weight loss or a balanced diet. Each bowl is clearly marked for different portion sizes, making it easy to measure food for healthier eating. The bowls are lightweight, durable, and stackable, which is great for storage. They’re particularly useful for those following specific dietary guidelines, such as post-bariatric surgery or diabetes management. Overall, they simplify meal prep and help you stay mindful of portion sizes without needing a scale. A practical, effective set for healthy eating habits!

I testes these with a scale and used reverse osmosis water, I know 1oz of pure water technically weights 1.04oz, but I just went with 1oz to make it easier... I'm eyeballing a line at an angle after all, so it's close enough. The 1/4 cup measurement is WAY too high, the 1/2 cup measurement is right on, perfect! all the other measurements are too low, and if you want 1-1/2 cups, you need to fill this right up to the very edge of the bowl. So, you can't use this as a calibrated measuring bowl, but I don't think it's really meant to measure things precisely, it's more about giving you a rough idea. If you figure you should eat about 1 cup of something, filling this to the 1 cup line will probably be close enough for you to stay on your diet. It would be nice if they were more accurate, but at least you will be in the ballpark... you won't be eating 3 cups of the thing if you fill it to the 1 cup line.
