I was having a problem with my freezer evaporator coil freezing up which eventually prevented freeze from working properly and freezing food. After removing the internal panel the installation was about 5 minutes due to all the ice in the Thermistor. I used a hair dryer to melt the ice on the coil and installed the part which was as simple as removing the the old and installing the new. The freezer seems to be operating like new. No more worries about the freezer failing!!!
