My husband loves these for under his hard hat at work. Material is great (very soft and breathable), they hold up very well in the wash and they fit him very comfortably

I bought them for cycling to use under my helmet, so far it works fine, it is slightly loose but it did the job, I can tell how effective is to protect against the sun or how warmth it will be in summer. Not to thick, soft material.

Thought I'd try a new vendor for these but they are so flimsy that they don't even absorb any swear. I guess they'd be fine if you have a lot of hair to control, but I needed them for working out and they were spandex or polyester and didnt really fit tight. Not worth the money in my opinion.

Okay, so I’ve been cycling for about 15 years. I’ve owned winter cycling caps from the likes of Pearl Izumi, Giro, and so on. This cap is really quite good in comparison to caps 2-3 times the price.THE GOOD:The size is quite big. I have a big head so that helps. (Size large helmet - SMITH) The benefit of this is that the flaps cover the ears and stay over the ears with the movement of the helmet.The material is the perfect warmth. I live in upstate NY. Winters get pretty cold here. But too much warmth only makes you colder because of sweat. This seems to keep me warm without the sweat.THE BAD:There’s only one size. So if you have a smaller head, it might not work so well.If they had at least a second size it would be great.But if you are looking for a cheap winter cap, it might be worth finding someone who knows their way around a sewing machine to take in the seams and make it fit your noggin.Hope that helps.Ride many many miles!
