They get the job done but you have to manually reset them often. You can never get in a rhythm because you have to unscrew the body to make them reset to punch your material.

The scribe is probably fine. The center punches are garbage. Good thing I have a cheap HF punch in case I feel like breaking car widows or, you know, giving my drill bits a nice place to settle in and screw. These punches just don't 'click' with their intended purpose. Still, the set was cheap enough that I'm cool with having more pointy objects.

Like the title says, they work well with scale models. I used dedicated scale model scribers and did not like them. These wer easy to use free hand and with stencils.

The scribe is ok at best and both automatic center punches did not work at all I could not get them to work but that's what you get with cheap tools so I spent the money and got a starrett you should do the same

The scriber-marker works good. The small punch works good also. The large one was not well made & didn't work at first. I took it apart and smoothed a few edges & now it works most of the time, but it requires a lot of force. Just so-so quality, but then I expected that, I mostly wanted the scriber & smaller punch that works ok
