The quality is horrible. I’ve used different carbon fiber weaves before and only went with this one because of the size. The weaves were way too sensitive. Once you touch it there was no way to bring it back to its proper shape.

Absolutely 100% the best idea we came up with. WE have a 1995 E350 Camper. The over the cab bunk was wrotten. We ripped all the old wood out down to the metal. Then we laid this out and applied the 2 part apoxy. After giving it 2 weeks to harden. Without building the new wood frame over top of this my 225lb body climbed all over it and am amazed at the structural support it has now. Once we add the think wooden frame then insulation sheet board bringing it back to the original and add the mattress I know its solid as can be. THIS IS WITHOUT A DOUBT WHAT YOU NEED TO DO AND READ THIS - I got this idea after working renovations on residential homes. Basements with bowed in walls and cracks big enough to put your fingers in. We had a structural engineer give us plans to fix with carbon fiber wall straps. We fixed foundations of houses with this technique. (google it: basement wall carbon fiber strips)
