These flying butterflies work well, you just twist them a bunch and they fly when let go of them. I like the idea that you can paint or color these. However, I wish they were made of cardboard, or at least something stronger than paper.

These are perfect to surprise someone. You wind the butterfly about 25 times you hold it and place it in a card, book or gift box so that when the recipient opens it, out flies the butterfly! Because these are white, you can even color it so you can personalize it.
