Installed into Wayne sump pumps (both primary & backup pump) with 1 1/2” NPT threaded female outlet.My two pumps merge into same outlet pipe using a Y-fitting.So the outlet of each pump needs this valve to prevent back-flow when the other pump runs.Tested.As a check valve, they indeed seal properly for one-direction flow. During each pump’s cycle, no back-wash of water into the other pump.

Its well built for non brand name. Fits well and it does do the job. I do recommend this if you need a replacement.

Threads right into 1-1/2" sump pump, Has Rubber coupler with hose clamps, to go to 1-1/2" PVC.
