A must-have for road trips and fieldwork! This 200W power inverter is a super handy tool for keeping devices charged on the go, whether I’m on a road trip, working remotely, or just need backup power in my vehicle. What I love:✅ Multiple charging options – 2 AC outlets and 4 USB ports handle everything from laptops and tablets to cameras and even a thermos warmer.✅ Flexible setup – Can be plugged into the cigarette lighter or clipped directly to the car battery for higher-wattage devices.✅ Built-in safety features – Overload protection, cooling fan, and a sturdy metal casing that holds up to bumps and daily use.✅ Quiet operation – Unlike some inverters that whine like a jet engine, this one runs efficiently without excessive noise.Heads up: If you're running anything over 150W, you'll need to connect it directly to the battery clamps instead of the cigarette lighter. Otherwise, for everyday essentials, this is an excellent companion for travel, camping, and emergency preparedness.

This inverter has many plusses. It is very well- made with strong, lightweight metal. It can output 300 watts, which is very impressive. The unit has a power on/off switch, which only the higher quality inverters have. The fan can be heard, but is quieter than most inverters I have seen. Out of the box and into my car in no time, and it was running perfectly. In my opinion, this is a very good inverter for the price.

I ordered this because I needed to run a plug in Dremel to sharpen a chain saw blade when I'm nowhere near electricity. The first time I used it I must have been close to the converters power limit because as soon as I turned on the rotary tool I heard a noticeable click and no power. I unplugged my USB charger and cycled the inverter, everything worked great. Very relieved the power light was solid when I turned it back on, no blinking, but my advice is not to overload the inverter. Over the past month I've used it to power my laptop, usb chargers, work lights and batteries for my cordless power drill. It only shut off once but besides that it powered everything I threw at it, very happy with this product.

I'll echo the other reviewers, don't expect or ask too much, but in a pinch, it's better than nothing.

This is a very handy way to add a real power source to your car from the cigarette lighter port. It has two standard outlets and 4 USB charging ports and it has a fan for cooling. The fan makes a little hum but you can barely hear it, especially while driving. It’s great for charging laptops or powering devices like a firetv to watch content on your cars screen. This little thing looks pretty cool and goes along with the interior of my car pretty well so it’s not super out of place. It’s small size and simple functionality make it a very useful power source if you have tons of devices to worry about charging or powering. Really glad I got it.

12/27/2024 - First Impression:Although the product description doesn't specify what technology it uses, inverters at this price point are typically modified sine wave vs the cleaner, but 2-3x more expensive, pure sine wave intverters. But that shouldn't be a problem powering most, although not all, devices. Likewise, at this price point, you won't find voltage regulation which is the case for this inverter. This means the output AC voltage will be proportional to the input DC voltage from your car (i.e. VACout = 5.5153 * VDCin + 56.427). Since most AC powered devices can typically tolerate +/- 10% voltage fluctuation from the US standard of 120VAC (i.e. 108-132VAC), this shouldn't be a problem neither. For my car, the output AC voltage fluctuated between 125-132VAC. At 10.1VDC input (i.e. 112.3VAC output), the low voltage protection kicked in and shut off the AC output which auto reset once the voltage got back up to 11VDC (i.e. 118VAC). There is a convenient power on/off button with a blue LED indicator when on. The power cable is 18". Most inverters only have 2 x USB ports... this has 4 with the left-most port being QC2.0 capable, the 2nd port being 2A and the right two ports being 1A capable, but none of the ports are labelled but the QC2.0 port is distinguished with a blue connector. Case is entirely plastic with no cooling fins, but there is a fan that auto-turns on as needed and is fairly quiet.Overall, this is a nice looking modified sine wave inverter with voltage protection, power button, 4 x USB-A ports 200W of continuous power which is more than the typical 180W limit most cars' power port can source.

Works just fine for sub 140 watts. Plugged in a laptop that pull a max of 140 watts. (Dell laptop). Plugged in a HP laptop that pulls 180 max the inverter would cut off. Just like other people have said - this unit if very loud for what it is doing. It seems they are using cheap parts, cheap fan, cheap inverter/part.

I purchased this device for use with small electronics in my vehicle. I have been using it now for approximately two weeks and it has worked great. I would consider it light duty for things like laptops, cellular/tablet devices and the like. I would not recommend it for power tool type applications or larger appliances simply because it is not rated for that. My four star rating is based on concerns I have with the build quality and long-term reliability. It is light weight, plastic and just feels cheap. With that said, it has worked every time I’ve used it and has never overheated or blown fuses. Just understand the limits/capacity of the product and I think you will be satisfied.
