These got SO HOT after being plugged in for short amounts of time I disconnected use for safety concerns. They are unbelievably bright, and unbelievably hot when lit. Pass.

Great blacklights, but slightly disappointed in the power of the lights. Got the 300s because I figured more wattage = brighter light. People were praising the 100s for lighting up a whole room, so figured 300 would light up a chunk of a stage. Half true. It lights up a lot, but in a stage environment, it doesn't throw as far as I would have expected. Still useful, just not quite helpful in the way I needed to use them.

We got a couple UV lights at home, since we have a lot of UV tapestries and love the look. This set is great! It is very bright (expected from 100W, although we have another one that's 100W and is brighter) and they do enhance the color of our tapestries. The quality is good, they are sturdy, and literally just plug in and switch on to use. The bracket can be used as a stand, but it also comes with holes so you can hang them if you want. It is a decent set for the price.I'm deducting one start since they can be more powerful for the Watts, (not sure if they are 100W together) and the light is slightly blue instead of purple, but overall, they are good for the price.

I'm using these to create an indoor cyanotype set up (sorry, not a big partier so this review is going to be from a different perspective :)) They're a great size and the light given off is as expected. They have worked really well for what I'm using them for and, if I were someone who wanted to use them for a party, they seem like they would work well. They're a good value for the money.

I wanted to replace a couple smaller black light bars with a higher watts, which lead me to this listing.I've had them installed for a couple months now, and they are more than adequate. I installed them in the basement, and the kids love them. The switch on the cord allows the kids to easily turn them on and off.. BUT They are rated for outdoor use--and I think that should typically be the intended use. If not in a well ventilated, they quickly heat up, almost to hot.Overall, they worked well and they were an increase in brightness and watts, but there was also a significant increase in heat. Thanks for reading, and the opportunity to review this item. It worked well for me and my use senario, but be sure to read all the product reviews to help determine if this will work for you. Happy searching!

These iCreating 100W black lights are a fantastic addition to my Halloween decorating kit! I've wanted to add some black lights to my outdoor setup for a while now, and these have met my expectations. The build quality is excellent. They feel sturdy and well-made, with a metal casing and a glass front. The light output is also impressive. They're incredibly bright and cast a wide beam that covers a large area. I tested them by illuminating my front yard, and they create a really cool, eerie glow that's perfect for Halloween or just adding some ambiance to nighttime gatherings.I'm still unsure how water-resistant they are, as I haven't had a chance to test them in heavy rain yet. But they do seem well-sealed, and the seal where the power cord enters looks promising. They do get quite warm after prolonged use. This is normal for high-powered LEDs, but it's something to be aware of, especially if you have them mounted near anything flammable.Overall, I'm pleased with these black lights. They're bright, well-made, and create a fantastic effect. I'm looking forward to using them for Halloween decorations and other fun projects in the future.

This set of black lights work, although there a number of things I don't particular care about them. I recently picked up another set of 100 watt black lights and the other set was brighter, more true to color, and had a heavier heat sink than these. The other set was about $10 more than these.Pros: They are functional, and they have a mounting bracket that can be pivoted to multiple angles. They also have a lightweight heat-sink on the back. The glass is clean and crystal clear.Cons: These lights aren't nearly as bright as another set I have. They are also much blue-er than the other set and don't have a 'real' black light feel to them. I don't have a way to measure the nanometer wavelength, but my eyes tell me something is off. Also, the heat-sink and bracket is much lighter than my other set. I don't believe that these are actual 100 watt lights. Maybe 100 watts total. As much as I hate to say it, I can't recommend this product.

The iCreating brand “100W LED Black Light Outdoor - Large High Power Black Light Flood Light ... “ is exactly what you expect for $30/pair ($15 each).I tested the light using distance/lumance expectations for UV-A lamps for mineralogy use and it appeared that these were woefully inadequate. But I was mistaken, when I re-read the description, I realized these are exactly as promised! When compared to an approximately 365nm Black Light flashlight, it has a lot of white light with the ultraviolet. Up close (about 1m) this results in very nice fluorescents but also illuminates the background. Further away (about 6m) some shades of fluorescent get washed out by the illumination. I imagine that they are not as dangerous for your skin and eyes as truly ultraviolet lamps. These lamps run hot, after just 10 minutes, 75C (167F) at the rear and 61C (142F) at the front. You’ll want to use the included bracket to keep it away from plastic, wood, and other meltable or flammable surfaces. I imagine running LEDs this hot will shorten their lifespan. The case is metal and the front seems to be glass, it is a quality build. The fixture itself appears waterproof, it has an especially nice gland where the power cord enters. The description very honestly points out that the switch and plug are not waterproof, this is appreciated.
