Not the same as Holley. Not a bad part but it is wider and will not fit a G body without raised engine mounts. Pickup tube is not very well made.

This pan does not have identical geometry to Holley 302-3. It is much larger in all the wrong ways.1966 Chevelle/GM A-Body: using hooker blackheart motor mounts this pan does not fit. After closer examination of Holley photos their pan has a bolt flange and the sump is thus narrower. This pan does not. It hits the cross member. I ended up notching my crossmember heavily and welding support back in, and still needed to stack spacers between the engine mounts and engine to lift it enough to get the belly off the crossmember. I had better luck with a 302-1 style pan and typical frame/engine mounts. That also needed a spacer to clear drag links but far less hassle.Still a good, affordable pan, but it isn't great for the LS swaps into GM A-Body cars.

I purchased 2 Holley pans for my new ls3 crate engine, both cracked when torquing. 18 ft lbs is the setting both mine would crack at 15. This pan fits perfect and if you look at the pictures look how much thicker the base is (where the bolts are). And this pan comes with everything, even new bolts and gasket. The Holley doesn’t and it’s 3 times the price. Installed in a 71 Nova.

The pan, bolts and gasket look and fit well. My issue is with the pickup tube. It was full of rust and there is no way to clean it out. That’s the reason for the 2 star review

This is a great oil pan for your project car depending on what you are working on! Worked great for me! Included everything I needed to install.
