I loved the idea of a normal wash side and a clay side. Half way through washing my car the clay side would rub off sticking to my car much like a streak of tar. I'm returning this mitt and sticking with normal clay bar!

The “working” side of the applicator not only spreads the liquid product well, but also works similar to a clay bar to remove paint surface roughness, like residual dirt.

I thought this would make clay barring my vehicle much easier but it made it harder. The material on the mitt would constantly get stuck to the paint. I ended up having to use a real clay bar to remove the stuff that got stuck on. This mitt is completely useless.

My girls brand new car got overspray from an asphalt company. This synthetic clay mitt removed every spec of this junk of the paint surface while my buddy with clay struggled with folding his clay on other side of car. This mitt did the trick. Highly recommend

As a professional Auto Detailer, this Clay Mitt allows me to clean the surfaces of my client's cars while I have one hand in the mitt and the other spraying a lubricant. This allows me to feel the surface thru the mitt and hear the sound of the contamination lifting off the surface. Yes, you can hear it. And, feel it. Most effective!

I was super excited to get this because it would make clay baring faster and easier if it was to work. I detail cars and I tried this on my brothers truck before waxing it. It does work to get contaminants out of the clear coat but a few times it made scuffs. Like I was doing as it said and something that caught in the mitt scratched in the clear coat. It was not good. I wish I got a picture but I didn’t think about it at the time. I give it 3 stars for working but I was afraid to keep going so I switched to a real clay bar. I would be afraid to use it on a clients vehicle so I do not recommend it unless they can redesign it.

The product cleaned the surface of two older cars, a 2014 and a 2017, and the cars came out clean of at least a years normal grime. Waxing was simple after using the mitt. Finish on both cars was really deep and shinning.
