These are not the cheap carabiners that come on most kits. These are legit and designed for applications where a couple hundred pounds of weight need to be lifted or held in place. True stainless steel and the springs are high quality.

These are way to big for my needs. I was expecting a lightweight hook to hold a 1/2 oz item. Figuring these were less than 2 inches, but these are monsters. I'll give it 5 stars on quality but 1 for my needs. I'll just buy a cheap neck lanyard and use that. That's what I was expecting, but these are not cheap hooks and are substantial

The title description says, “Stainless Steel Locking Carabiners.” These are not locking carabiners! Locking carabiners have a barrel screw that threads over the gate to prevent it from opening when depressed. This could be the result of a translation issue.I ordered the 5.43-inch carabiners and am satisfied with them. The spring-loaded gate swings inside to create a 1-inch-wide opening. I prefer a wide gate opening to accommodate towing and wench straps. The carabiners are constructed of stainless steel and weigh about 0.6 lbs. each. The carabiners are very solid and have a 992 lb. weight limit. These carabiners are non-locking, so keep that in mind when considering appropriate applications. Nice weight and sturdy for my usage. I bought these for my riding lawn mower, so I can attach one or two of my utility carts. I make a train to haul items or collect branches on our property.🚜🛒🛒 😎

I have these attached to balding twine and I hang my hay nets in 4 stalls for my horses. My stalls are run in stalls so plenty of weather still comes in. They’re very easy to use with one hand and perfect. My nets weight about 10-15 lbs and are there 24/7.
