Worked well on my 2006 Silverado 2500HD.In my case I also got the matching Husku 31397 frame kit. When installing the holes seemed to line up on the edge of the box corrugations. This was painful and resulted in distortion of the box itself a bit. Either way it works with my Reese 18k slider.This is way easier than installing a ten bolt unit and it can be removed and reinstalled by one person with an impact gun. That in itself made the worth it for me.
