Lightweight, and easy to carry around to use when needed. Good value for a training block.As it's light, it's not as stable as competition blocks. I'm around 75kg, so the blocks shake slightly when in the set position.The locking mechanism isn't smooth, sometimes need to use fingers to pull the lock up.

I wanted a starter block that I could use beyond the track. Something that I could wedge in front of my low pulley on the cable machine for doing pulls. And this works perfect for that. So, as a dual use block, I'm very happy.The build quality is strong enough, for me, and I really appreciate the spacing and angle adjustments I can make.

The box is all tear!!! The item inside is Really cheap, seems used, All scratched!! The painting is full of bubbles, really disappointing for the price!! I will return it👎🏼
