The magnet is strong but the adhesive is just ok. Good thing there are two screws to attach the magnet to a wood surface.

Have one in both of my trucks and they work great! They hold my 9MMs with no problems and it’s still easy to pull the off when mounted. I do recommend screwing them in and not using the double sided tape because no tape is safe for mounting a firearm.

Doesn’t hold the weight of a loaded Glock. The sticky part separated and the Glock fell to the floor. Apparently you can’t post pictures of glocks or your review gets flagged too.

I mounted 2 of these on the back of my nightstand. On one I have a S&W 40 M&P.On the other an M&P 9 shield. You have to Tug to get them free.They mount with 2 small screws.They're cheap enough to have one in every room of your house. I love em.Simple and dependable. I highly recommend them. Very practical. Use your imagination.
