I was so excited when these came! They're so cute! However, I was disappointed when I used them. The posts don't fit into the base very well and it required some shaving down to make many of them fit. Ok, so it's wood, once it's done, it's done. However, the chalk doesn't complete erase! I tried water washable chalk pens and regular chalk. Neither completely erase! I even tried rubbing alcohol, to no avail. I intended to re-label and reuse, but that isn't possible. It's not a great deal for a one-time use.

I tried regular chalk and chalk markers and none will erase completely.

Chalk Bleeds (used chalk marker) and the stands do not easily fit to the accompanying sign provided.

Get the waterproof marker and use them in the garden to mark and date your plants.

I used these for the seating arrangement at my brunch. It was a cute added touch for my guest. Everyone enjoyed. Easy assembly and perfect size.
