Inner cable is slightly short and consequently held throttle open. Removed adjusting lock nut and all okay 👍

Cable works good, the overall length is good, but there isn't enough travel to work a pz20 carb with the slider throttle, I had to cut back the sleeve to make it work. It is installed on a tao tao boulder b1
