Very warm ski pants and long enough for me at 5’9. They were not as baggy as other pants I have tried as well. Held up nicely and kept me comfortable on the mountain!

These pants are amazing, thanks to the suspenders and Velcro waistband they don’t gap or fall down. I stayed warm and dry during our last snowstorm!

In another life, i lived near Lake Tahoe. Now I'm in KY where it's either hot & steamy or cold & wet. Needed FLEXIBLE warm & water resistant pants. Carhartt type clothes are too heavy foe exercise. I remembered the snowboarders had GREAT winter wear. Found these pants. I'm 5'4, stocky size 12, med-short legs. Ordered these snow pants in MEDIUM. They fit excellent over thin longjohns! But a tad long to wear with shoes. They'll be fine with winter boots. Going to order another pair in MEDIUM SHORT for my go-fer job: toting stuff in & out of cabin my husband is building.

I was concerned about sizing so I purchased both a medium and a large. I normally wear a size 8 in jeans. Both fit, but the medium was snug enough that I was concerned about having room to layer underneath. I kept the large, was able to wear thermals, leggings and sweatpants (3 additional layers) under them for additional warmth. The pants themselves do not have a lot of insulation. We were skiing in the single digits so having the additional layers was nice. If I was getting them to wear around town or for temps in the 30's or above I would have gone with the medium size as it was a better fit.
