Product is not an OEM Dometic motor, installation was a bit of a bear as it doesn't align properly with the awning tube.Worked for 2 weeks then completely died. Cheap chinese junk, had to manually wind the awning back to get home.My original OEM Dometic motor lasted for years and I will be replacing it with another Dometic motor. Cheaper OEM units are available on ebay which is where I will be purchasing.

Replacement part was good fit. Works well. Time will tell how long it will last. OEM only made it three years.

This motor assembly installed very smoothly. It’s a two person job with good ladders but otherwise a straightforward install. Motor works perfectly. (Only day two so far). You can order with confidence

Motor never worked well from the start -- sometimes works, and sometimes not. Dealer checked and replaced with good motor, proving other possible problems not at play.
