Item looks cool but the sensor doesn’t work and reaching customer service was awe full. We received basic installation video which didn’t help. So the function of the digital screen isn’t working.

You will find most of the elaborate drain un-usable if you want a disposal, which leaves one knob on controls non-fictional also filtered water can not be installed because connection not included and nothing fits leaving another knob un-usable and another problem sink doesn't drain it is not built deep enough at drain, add to this the one of the shut-off has a T leaving you trying to find something to block it. It will take a little yankee engineering to install

You need to follow the directions AND watch the video while assembling the sink components. It doesn't include any info about the filtered water faucet - you are on your own there. The sink looks beautiful. We are just waiting to have our plumber install it.

What a beautiful upgrade to our kitchen replaced an old cast-iron sink with this one and after the install my wife loves it and just to say I've read a few of the reviews on here about it and some said don't buy it and we are sure glad we did

We love the sink it Awesome! The only complaint is that the drainage plumbing only has a british 90 degree elbow that connects to your drainage plumbing. You have to order a british conversion 90 degree elbow. We had to order it from the Amazon UK store. The USA store with out of stock and the instructions could be on a big sheet of paper, with more detail. Other than that we love it.!

Get any other product! The threads weren't done correctly so you could only thread halfway, it wasn't level, the faucet is plastic, and their were 0 directions. they took a $100 restocking fee, for an item that arrived damaged and looked like it had been sent to someone else before with how the pieces were just throw in the box.10 out of 10, would NOT recommend.
